The fact that the united states is under economic crisis would it be difficult for a license electrician to get employed in the state of New York by a company? And if difficult, how difficult ?

If you are licensed why are you looking to work for a company? Also, where are you licensed? NY has hundreds of licenses in all areas. There is no state or general license. In fact, most of the state requires no license.
Some areas in NY are dead, some pretty busy. I do know that the NYC metro area is dying right now. The unions are super slow and so is bigger commercial work.

To answer your question, it cannot be answerd. Asking how difficult is like asking how big is big.

It all depends on your area and your experience.

Unfortunately the license from your country will most likely have no effect on your salary.

I assume you are looking to relocate to the NY metro area. Unfortunately you are headed into a very volatile area as far as the trades go.
