Is it illegal to date a 16 year old when your 14?.

Do the parents of both agree ?
There is normally no "dating" laws, but laws that deal with minors having sex and/or sexual touching. So even the 16 year old touching the 14 year old in certain places could end them up in jail

No.it is if the person your dateing is 18 and older.

No but if you're a girl, it is a guy that can't get a girl and just wants your body more than likely. This is comen from a 14 year old boy
