My boyfriend is a flirt he wasn't like that the first time we went out. I guess after I broke up with him he changed. He got a girlfriend for like a month and then he broke up with her to go back out with me.now we're almost going to be a month but he don't act like a boyfriend, people are always telling him to be a real boyfriend but he still doesn't do it.he's cousin is my bestie and so is kind of weird. But I don't know what to do I think he's just immature, I really don't want to break up with him cause I love him and he says he loves me too

I think you should break up with him. Sounds like you both are not mature enough to be in a relationship then again by your post sounds like your young anyway.
