It looks like a fairly new house. Nice neighborhood. Is that your gold car parked out in front? On the street , not in the driveway to your 2 car garage.. Easy access to your backyard via Grovecrest. Careful about giving address.JMO

I've had some experiences... well my partner more than I. I've asked my neighbors and got nothing. Don't feel comfortable asking realtor.

I have had experiences and believe in the paranormal.
Still , it is best to be objective and look at everything that may be the cause.

A death in the house is by no means necessary for paranormal activity. Death may have nothing to do with it.
It may also be explainable . Need info
