A "pop" or a"bark" indicates the presence of hydrogen gas. Do any other gases have this characteristic?
I don't get this question and I can't find the answer anywhere

Well, one of the ways to detect hydrogen gas is to put a lit splint to a tube of the gas you have collected.
If it pops then It is most likely hydrogen!
The reason this works is because hydrogen is a very common product in reactions, so in your chemistry class it is almost the only one that pops that you will come across.
The pop is due to the highly flammable nature of hydrogen. It expands very quickly and air rushes out of the test tube, producing the pop.
Any other highly flammable or explosive gas will give you the same result.

I think all gases have some similar sort of sound
U cannot identify or specify one with any...

Sure you can, not many gasses are highly flammable, oxygen just relights a splint, other gases will do very little to a lit splint, the pop test is a very good one for hydrogen :)
Especially in a high-school chemistry lab, as hardly any other explosive gasses are often produced.
