Hi my fiancée was locked up for simple assault/headlock what made it worst was he was already on probation so when he got this new case they put a detanier on him he went to court on Wednesday sept 29th 2010 and was found not gulity of simple assault/headlock so my question is how long will it take for them to lift his detanier or how long will it take for him to see his back judge.. cause him found not guilty means he did not violate his probation...

Hello a:

He MAY have violated his probation even though he's not guilty of the new offense...

Yes, merely not being found guilty does not mean his probation was not violated, the points behind the case, where he was at when it happened, may all be other issues of violation.
If he was charged with this and did not notify PO at once is a violation.

So don't assume just because he was found not guility that they will not find a violation
