I am looking for an old animated kids movie my brother can't get out of his head. Apparently, it's about a girl who comes across a family of seals and one of the seal pups has a yellow spot or an entirely yellow belly and she adopts it or befriends it. I know it's a vague description, but that is all I have to go on. Hope someone can help. I think it's from the 90's.
