I had cramping under my belly above my vagina from September 20-sept 25 and had no bleeding at all. My period is due October 2nd(tomorrow). Could I be pregnant? I have had frequent urination and cravings for foods I hate. I also have been feeling very hot when the house is cold. I am not sick at all. I never been pregnant before so I don't know what to expect. Should I wait till my period is at least 1 month late before I take a pregnancy test? I have been having unprotected sex for the past 1 year and 10 months.

I'd give it a few days and see if your period is late... test at that time if need be. If negative, give it another week and try another test or, if you can stand the wait, see what happens next month. If still no period, try a test then.

Certainly if any possible pregnancy symptoms continue, see your doctor for a test there. Since you have not been using protection for over a year, they may do a blood test even if a urine test comes back negative.
