This is as close as I can get you. Regulation & Supervision Bureau (http://www.rsb.gov.ae/) These codes went into effect in 2007. In the USA the hot is black, neutral is white and any ground is green or bare copper.

By U.A.E. I am going to guess that you mean the United Arab Emirates, is that correct?

I do not believe that your country is listed as an adoptee of the International NEC.

I would suggest that you call a local electrician or maybe a local electrical inspector.

You might even be able to find the answer by Googling the question.

Bob is correct about the codes here in the U.S.A. however, an insulated ground wire may also be green with three yellow stripes. And Neutral can be white (with or without three black stripes) or gray.
