Could you clarify what you have to do? Do you have to solve for x?
If so, is this the actual equation?
\frac{1}{4x} - x = -15
This is a disguised quadratic equation. Multiply throughout by 4x and bring everything on one side.
Then use the quadratic formula to find the roots of the equation.
