Dear Director of Human Resources,

I am responding to your ad on Craigslist seeking (name of position) and have included my resume for your review. Given my related experience I would like to thank you in advance for this opportunity.
For two years I have worked as an Archivist helping the company shelve and rearrange photos that were unmanageable. I learned to be a well organized, detail-oriented person. Also from this experience I learned to be efficient, independent and interact with others. In addition, I had volunteered to work with a non profit organization sending grants via email made by the organization to other non profit organizations for the Haiti relief earthquake.
If you feel my abilities meet your needs, please feel free to contact me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx or by email at [email protected]. Once again, I would like to thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

( Your Name)

I made a few changes and added some commas and hyphens. Do you want to be proactive and say that you will call them within a certain time, say, a week (instead of sitting by the phone waiting or them to call you)?

Then keep it the way you have it. There's no way to contact them, like with a phone number.
