My mother age 60 suffers from blood sugar and her creatinine level is 6 kindly help me out to reduce the level as I don't want her to go for dialysis

No one wants to go for dialysis. This is a question for her Physician, someone familiar with all of her health problems and concerns.

It was my experience that a person had to be around 10 before going on dialysis unless there are other problems. Of course, when a person gets close to that level a shunt is implanted for future use.
