How do you put part #528p3 on a Maytag Electric MDE Dryer to get it to discharge out the side? There is no access panel on the back.

If your dryer is designed for a side venting, there will be a small "knock out" panel on the bottome side of the machine. Not all machines are capable of being side vented.
