I can wire a house I am just fully brain dead on how to have power into a box allowing constant power via a reg toggle switch to an overhead & then individual constant power via a dimmer to a separate light... I know not worried about code its for a store room

Well you better be concerned about code. The NEC is about safety!

What is in the storeroom? Where is the power coming from? What is the amperage of the circuit?

Are you going to fish the wire to a switch outlet?
