Hi Charains...

If you can't find replacement parts at local home depot, Lowe's or menards stores then check out Price pfister's web site below:

Price Pfister - Product Catalog (http://www.pricepfister.com/product_catalog/index.aspx)

If you can't find the part online you can email them a picture of the faucet if the name/style of the faucet is unknown. Call them for email address... number will be on the site above.

Let me know how you make out, OK?

Mark gave you one link. Here's another; Price Pfister - Customer Support | Get Your Faucet Installation Questions Answered (http://www.pricepfister.com/support/index.aspx)
Good luck, Tom

Price Pfister is very common brand of faucet. First you have to determine if you have "old" style or "new" style stems. Than you go to any Home Depot or Lowe's and buy one.

When buying stems: be careful, they sell them in 3 different lengths: short/medium/ long. The length of stem matches the style of the trim. Make sure you know which one you have before you buy.

Advice: It is always good practice to replace seats at the same time...

Suggestion: Close water to whole house, remove one stem, take it with you to Home Depot. That will save you a trip back...

Back to you... Milo
