Hello again Tiny,

Yes, trimming your hair on a regular basis (6 to 8 weeks, depending on heat and iron usage) will help your hair remain healthy.

Also, Tiny, if you have any furture questions about your hair, feel free to ask in the same post. That way you don't have to start a new thread every time.

Thank you.

Tiny,

First, I shall like to commend you for the nice name - Tiny Girl Great Ego. Wow! What a name? Remember -

1. Regular trim keeps the hair healthy. Even as a trim makes the hair shorter, but they they gain energy, and moreover, they look fine... attractive and dashing.

2. For checking hairloss, get balanced/rich diet and avoid going in the sun.
