I think this movie was made in the 1990's, not even sure if it was an HBO movie or not. I seem to remember the movie title being "Monster of the Week" but the title turned up no results. Anyway it was a dark comedy about an evil scientist who kidnapped people and turned them into mutants that he would show at his "monster prison" for cash. I seem to remember the movie taking place out in the desert somewhere and the movie begins with the main character (who looked a lot like Billy Armstrong from Green Day) in a dark room giving an interview about his kidnapping experience. The characters included man-made mutants such as a 20- year- old half human, half monster with bulbous tumors (main character), a guy and girl that hated each other and were attached liked siamese twins, and a Professor that was turned into a slow, giant earthworm with glasses. I know it sounds bizarre, and the movie was definitely bizarre, but in a hilarious and ridiculous kind of way. Let me know if anyone recognizes this movie.
