I'd clean the impellers again before replacing the pump... could just be residual "stuff" that was still in the pit but didn't get caught up the first time. Clear the impellers and then run a metal coat hanger around the bottom of the ejector pit to be sure all the stuff is out and then reinstall the pump. Hopefully, that resolves for you, for awhile.

Beyond reaching in and unclogging the impellers as you have already done and doing it again if needed you will want to replace this pump. You will not usually find a pump company willing to work/repair these sewer ejector pumps without charging you more than the cost of a new pump... you can understand why... ;)

Now, if you want to clean it up real good and attempt to fix it, it could be worth a try, but for under $300.00 you can get brand new Zoeller sewage ejector and not have to worry about this again for 10 years or so.

Here's hoping it is just clogged up again...

Also... take hose, put it into the pit and open water. Let it run for 1/2 hour and through as many cycles as possible... It seems to me there is lots of mess inside the pit...

When was the last time you had the pit cleaned, anyway ? Is the pump elevated on concrete bricks in the pit ?
