Have a rheem unit rpka30jaz its seems to work good in cooling when I pull off the reversing valve switch it goes into cooling but it will not go into heating until I put it back on, I am very concern about heating now an well I want it to work from the tstat but it is not working now but it will cutt off an on so what is causing this probleming?
