My wife and I got married last year and she is on k-3 visa. We have a 1 year old baby whom she took away with her. We have been separated from last 5 months. She made false allegation of child abuse and domestic violence but both cases were in my favor because nothing happened in real life. She doesn't let me see my baby and complained about me that I tried to take the baby away from her and threatened her. And now she also filed a divorce case that she wants half of my property, assets and money from me. Her parents got the visit visa through our marriage but never came to attend the wedding. Now they are here, father is working on cash and mother is also doing business. And now I found out from back home that she had a boyfriend and she wanted to marry him but she only came to U.S. so she can get a Green Card. I have some evidence as well. Her parents new all about this but they were all part of this. It was an arranged marriage through her aunt and her daughter. So now if I report a marriage fraud, " Does INS take any action on this kind of marriage fraud?" And where do I report for marriage fraud and What do I write them in the letter?

Whether it's arranged marriage or not, once you have a child together, it's not fraud.

Just get divorce and let her move on with immigration problem. If there is no evidence of domestic abuse, she will not be able to remove the condition, maintain her status.
