My Husband Has A Two Year Old Daughter. He And The Child's Mother Both Agreed To Have This Child, This Was Something They Wanted Together. When His Daughter Was Born He Saw Her Up Until She Was 3 Months Old. Then Her Mother Began To Become Very Controlling, Probably Because They Weren't Together Any More. But She Began To Deny Him Taking Their Baby Out Of Her Sight, For Example If He Wanted To Take The Baby To Go See Some Of His Family. But She Said The Baby Was To Young To Leave, Which Was Under Standable Because At The Time She Was Only 4 Months Old. Any Way They Got Into It Really Bad And She Stop Returning His Calls She Even Moved And Didn't Tell Him Where She Was .I Told Him To Take Her To Court Because He Has Rights To His Child. Did I Advise Right ? What Additional Info Can You Give Me To Give To Him Because She Called Last Week. He's Gotten Back In Contact With Her Since She's Moved But She Still Being Very Controlling With The Relationship That He Ahs With His Daughter. When She Called She Damanded O Have His Address Because Since He Threatened To Take Her To Court She Has Since Then Decided That She's Going To Take Him To Court And She Needs The Address. She Said In Her Message" If I Don't Get The Address And You Don't Show Up I'll Get All My Rights Anf You'll Get Nothing!" What Should He Do?
