How do I get all over blonde, when my hair is ginger with blonde roots

You will have to bleach it blonde then redye it the blonde you want

You're going to have to rebleach it and then use a toner. Avoid roots when rebleaching.

I have just dyed my hair blonde from brown but it has gone blonde at the roots but ginger every where else. Could someone help and tell me how I get it to blonde please.
