You have to look insidw yourself and be real don't fake life, most people are noble worthy you must tell uself that you are too, look in mirror tell yourself I'm so brave. Follpw your heart not your head hard to tell difference sometimes! Most of the time we our insecure over past experiences so take a chance example ask the ugly fat girl out she says NO then laugh you didn't want to go anyway, take small steps to success.
