Recently my wife gave birth to a baby boy (may 2010). After that, her breasts have become very big and are sagging and are out of shape (even before pregnancy also she had big and sagging breasts but have now increased a lot). Please suggest how can she reduce her breast size and get them in size.

Surgery is the only way to reduce breast size.

Novel idea... why don't you just love her the way she is?

Is this something she wants, or something you want?

Are you planning on having more kids?

Our bodies are constantly changing. It's what's on the inside that counts, not the outside. If you don't like the way she looks, that's your problem, not hers. I mean really man, she just had a baby!

Surgery is the only way, and it's not fun surgery.

I agree with J but have to spread the rep. Love her the way she is.

My wife has suggested me to post this question to see if there are any solutions. I do love her and I will have no complaints whether she gets the breasts reduced or not. We are just trying to see if there is an experts advice on this.

Is she breastfeeding? If so, things may change a bit once baby is weaned. Pregnancy, age, weight, and genetics play the biggest roles in breast changes.

Short of surgery as J_9 suggested, small changes (not with size however) can sometimes be seen with exercises for the pectoral muscles, good posture, and a well fitting bra.

If she is uncomfortable with how they are and/or in pain, she can speak to her doctor about her options.

Your wife's breasts are too big? HMMM, this is like saying " I have too much money" or "my kids grades are too high".

I love my wife and my children. If their arrival caused some side effects like breast size increase, I welcome it like it was meant to be.

She's OK with it, I'm REALLY OK with it. That's the kind of guy that I am.

I've already told her that if she gets tired of carrying them, I'll tote 'em for a while.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I think that surgery and time are the only ways.

In the meanwhile, enjoy.

In some defense, too large ( extremely too large) can cause health and back problems for women. Many do decide for surgary to help ease back issues.

44 GG or so can be too big
