I was running late to school and drove a car that is under my brothers name and it had no insurance. Parked really quick then ran to my school. Got out of school and found a ticket on my windshield. It was a no parking ticket. I looked around where I parked and didn't see it when I parked there. I only have my permit too.

You pay the parking ticket.

Does it go under my name and does my permit get taken away?

Where did the "no insurance come from" if you were given a ticket for driving a car with no insurance, it will be on you

For a parking ticket, just pay it, has little bearing on license ( as long as paid) but they follow the car , *** how would they know who was driving it, it goes to the car owner

... I only have my permit too.

You only have a learner's permit? If that's what you mean, you do realize, I assume, that if you get caught driving without an adult, licensed driver, you may get in serious trouble?
