Main character is "haunted" by a voice commenting on everything he does (like brushing his teeth... but in an announcer kind of way), that only he can hear. I think he was a tax auditor and had to audit a bakery and meets the cute owner who gives away lots of her bakery to the homeless. He helps her save her business.
