Your double wide has what is called a jump pipe, This is usually a large piece of flex duct that connects the duct together under the home. You will need to get under the unit and find where the jumper pipe has become disconnected. Then reconnect properly so it does not come loose again. This is your problem as I have seen this many many times and it always does the same thing by not allowing the air to blow out of one side of the unit. Good night.
