So when I was doing my hair in my bedroom my bed was kind of againist my wall and my mirrior was reflecting off my bed and I thought I saw this demon sitting on my bed and while I was looking through the mirrior and one minute she was there the next she was gone it scared me half to death and I don't know what to do anymore

It's possible that it was your imagination. I wouldn't make a judgement call on what you consider to be one sighting.
