Our side by side Kenmore elite freezer keeps building frost on the inside (at the top) I have washed seal areas--but has not helped--the seal does not seems strong. Any ideas?

Put a dollar bill between seal and try to pull out. Do this every 10 to 12 inches, it should not pull out real easy. If it does, replace the seal. How old is freezer?
