Water not despensing. Icemaker is OK. Replaced the filter. Water leaves the inside chill storage line and starts the upward track on the despenser door when lever is pushed, however not a single drop is despensed.

I was having the same problem. I disconnected the water line at the bottom front of the refrigerator at the blue coupling. Then I blew compressed air through the line running from the bottom to the dispenser. It took several attempts but it eventually cleared the line and the water now flows beautifully. I replaced the filter first, when the water wasn't running at all. (I think I might have waited several months too long to do that.) I don't know what the blockage was.
