My delta three handle shower's cold water will not shut off.
I've replaced valve parts from spring and boot to faucet parts.. still will not shut off cold water

Hey Steven,
You piggybacked on a three year old thread so *I gave you one of your own. Shut the water off and open up the cold side, (see image) Recheck the placement of the seat and spring and reinstall if necessary.
Now, while the valve's open, turn 5the cold water back on to flush out any trash that's caught in the supply, Reassemble and test.
Will the cold shut off now? Let me know, Tom
