Movie where woman brings her lover to beach house and man wearing all white well the next day her husband comes there and later find out the husband killed him and hid his boat. His wife ties escape to the neighbor who has a bird and she tries get the bird to help her and shegoes back home where herhusband is putting body parts in step he built. And her lover that her husband killed the boat ended up coming back on the shore.

I am pretty sure you are talking about "Head Above Water" with Cameron Diaz, Harvey Keitel, Billy Zane, & Craig Sheffer (the neighbor with the bird).
