I was divorced in 2006. My daughter is 13. My ex was ordered to pay 64$ a week in support. He has other children that he was paying support on and now he no longer does. He makes 50,000 a year if not more. It would be different if he would offer his child money for things that she really needs but he rarely does. I took him to court about 6 months ago and it was raised to only 74$ a week. Now that he no longer pays support on his other children can I take him back to court to get support raised?

Most likely not because you had him in court recently. Most courts don't like to see you back under a few years. How much of a change do you believe there is in his income percentage wise? Has your income changed?

Most courts have a limit to how often you can ask for a modification. Without knowing where you are, we can't tell you what the guidelines are. ANY question about law needs to include your general area since laws vary by area.
