I am a 32 year old african american male. Recently, I have developed skin spots on my arms. It doesn't itch like ezcema, but Im not sure how to get it to go away. Any advice?

Though I'm not african, I have the same with my skin, with lighter patches appearing over the years (late teens, early twenties). According to the doctors it's a rare skin disorder that can only be changed through surgery.

However please do note that this is only the case in my situation, and yours might be completely different. It's best to consult a dermatologist or your local doctor about this, since they will be able to offer an accurate analysis of your skin issue, and the options available to you.
