I am akash sinha and my age is 17 years but I am 182 pounds and I want to lose weight and lose belly fat and I have got a solution and it is my six pack abs workout for losing my belly fat but I have got some problem that is I think that the workout which I do is creating muscle under that fat belly of mine and I think that once it is converted in six pack muscle I can't lose that fat. That doesn't mean that I don't want six pack abs but I want it on my flat belly not on fat belly

It's not either/or. The fact is, everyone has a six pack, just most people hide them under a layer of fat. If you do a lot of ab exercises, your stomach muscles will get stronger, but if you don't lose the fat, you still won't be able to see them.

Don't worry about getting an unwanted six pack. They don't happen by accident. A six pack takes a lot of work, and a lot of dieting, If you really do put in all that work and dieting, you'll probably want to show it off. If you don't do the work, you won't get a six pack.

Don't do ab work outs because if the abs are big but you can't see them it looks like your getting fatter . I personaly have a eight pack
