Well water is not getting to the house, the following parts have been replaced the pressure tank and foot valve, the well has plenty of water the pump draws water, but looses its prime. There are no leaking pipes. Can anyone help? Capt G

Captain, I believe you are saying that your pump will get up to cut off pressure and stop. It then loses prime and cannot maintain pressure afterwards. You can try this. Turn off the power, then pull the plug or pressure gauge off the top of the pump. Fill the impeller cage with water until it overflows, then walk away for an hour or so. When you come back, see if the water level has fallen. If it has, then you have to have a leak somewhere.
