I'm 18 and am currently living with my dad. I work 3 jobs to help him out with a rent that he can perfectly manage with out me. He likes to kick me out of "his" house and I am frankly getting tired of this reoccuring cycle. I make well over 2 grand every 2 weeks with all 3 jobs and I'm getting ready to leave this house. I'm sure that you have to be 19 which is considered the legal age to sign a lease, but I was looking to see if there was another way around that?

If 18 is the age of emancipation in your state. Which I believe it is. The you can move out at 18. The only problem you may face at this time is your deposits and first/last. If that is required. Also be careful about renting with friends and such unless you can afford to rent without them.

Hmmm, you are correct that in Nebraska, 19 is the age of majority. However, you CAN legally enter into a contract or lease at 18. So move.

If you are making approx $4K a month, you should be able to afford an apt for $1K, which shouldn't be a problem in NB.

18 is the legal age to sign a contract. And of course there are many places that don't even require contracts just money so move ifyou want to move
