How can I record a lecture in my laptop in class room?

You can get a mike that will plug in either in your mic jack or into your usb port. If you have a built in mic, you can try that, but it would be difficult to position.

Search download.com for a suitable recording program and set the inputs to your mic. It will record and save to your hard drive for later listening.

Good Luck

Hi, ZEBSULEMANI!

Yes, you already might have things on the laptop that you need to do that. What operating system are you using, please?

Thanks!

Ask your instructor if you are allowed to record in class. Some courses, such as nursing, do not allow students to record lectures.

If you have usb ports and/or the place for a microphone, try hooking up a microphone and the going to the start menu for all of your programs and look in Accessories then Entertainment. There should be a Sound Recorder there.

I agree with J_9 about asking for permission first.

Thanks!
