I have a little pomeranian cross and she is about 11 months old now and she has started peeing on my bed and sofa. As you probably quessed this is a big problem. She never used to do this, she isn't 100% toilet trained but we have been training her to use puppy training pads or to go out side but she has started doing where ever. Is there a reason for this? It seems like she is just being lazy because she did used to be good, and when she has done it she runs and hides like she knows she wasn't meant to do it in the house. Me and my partner are first time puppy owners are we doing something wrong?
Any help would be great not loving the wee in the house hehe thanks :D.

I have found the use of "peepads" to be very confusing to dogs - on one hand they are supposed to go outside; on the other, it's okay to go in the house.

I tried peepads once and the dog never caught on that ONLY on the pads was permissible.

I'd recommend getting rid of the pads altogether. When she needs to go, take her out. By now you should be familiar with this particular animals' indicators. Some sniff around, some whine, some hunch up when they need to go. Whatever she does to indicate it, take her out right then and don't let her in until she goes. When she does, petting and praise and "good girls" are in order. Some experts even offer a treat once in a while.

If you catch her going in the house, don't freak out, simply firmly say "No" and take her out.
