Back in 1998 two girls were molested but at that time cps said that they didn't have enough evidence to charge the person partly cause the kids were so young,between 5yr and 9yrs old but now that the kids are older and can communicate what happen better would it be a good idea to bring the charges back up to authorities or is there a statue of limitations on this? We are in Michigan.

There is no age barrier for the victims for charges to be laid against a sex offender. Bring the charges back up and have him put away. It should have been done when it happened. There is no statute of limitations for this tpe of crime. I would like to know who stated the children were to young? That is ludicrous.
