I had unprotected sex about two months ago and had spotted for a day in the pass two months and recently felt a weird movement that I've never felt before and I 've had some pregnancy symptoms but I ignore them because I don't want it to get to my head. Also I have taken two pregnancy test one at home and the other at a doctors clinic but both came out negative.could I be pregnant or what's going on with me?

Firstly, it would be WAY too early to feel fetal movement. Especially if this is your first baby.
