How do you convert a gas dryer from propane to natural gas?

It depends on the manufacturer. Some use a gas conversion kit and other have an adjustable orifice and an insert for the regulator. Some propane appliances are not changeable. Suggest you contact NG supplier, they probably know how to do it.
