Got what I believe to be some fairly competitive pricing for a York system and a Lennox system from the same vendor.
Would like advice on what seems to be the most suitable deal given my needs.
York:
AC: YCJF, 3 ton, 15 seer
Furnace: TM9V (80,000 BTU, AFUE 96%)
Price: $4,970
Lennox:
AC: XC14, 3 ton, 16 seer
Furnace: G61V (AFUE 95%)
Price: $5,835
Size of home to be heated: 1800 sq ft.
I'm really new to this stuff. I'm guessing there may be more variables that I need to include. Let me know what and I'll add.
I can afford both systems, but if the York system does what the Lennox one will do and just as well, then I have no problem spending less. I do know that Lennox systems are very reliable though and so that may be worth paying for.
Thanks,
Martin
