From what I got from your posts, someone mentioned in the will is contesting the will and wants the whole estate. On what grounds is she contesting the will? Has the will been submitted to probate? Who is the executor of the will? I assume you are in the UK, if not we need to know your general location (ANY question about law needs a general area as laws vary by area).

2) who is this person in the equation. Is it a girlfriend or someone else?
