We are trying for the past one and half year, but still I am not pregnant... we consulted gyn.He told everythg is OK for us.. he also told me to try fertility pills for a month... I tried pills for a month and that too failed... I am depressed and very much worried about this matter.Should I have to continue taking pills ? What foods shd I take to become pregnant?
I have a belly (not so big),will that be the reason for this delay...

Has your husband been checked out?

Men can be the cause of infertility as well. His sperm should be checked to see if there is a decent sperm count as well as motility.

I agree with J_9. Couples often assume it is the woman who is unable to become pregnant, when close to 50% of the time there is a male factor or combination of both parties involved.

One month on fertility medication is not very long. Certainly speak to your doctor to have them explain what you can be expecting from using the medication. Did you have tests done to determine whether you were ovulating?
Some women will be on the medications for several months, sometimes needed the doctor to prescribed a different dosage.

As far as food, nothing you eat will cause you to become pregnant, but certainly you want to be sure to be eating a healthy diet, from a variety of different foods, so that you can be more likely to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.
