Anytime you violate the terms of your probation that is a possibility. If you do or not depends on what the judge determines based on the circunstances.

6 years of good conduct will stand you in good stead. I wouldn't think they'd throw you in the can for this... But, it's a little more than missing an appointment... It's CRIMINAL conduct, after all.

My husband seems to think that itmight just be house arrest but all his info comes from federal time and federal probation and state and federal are two diiferent things. Im just so sick of these people six years of jumping threw hoops for forgery, but I guess if u can't do the time don't do the crime. It just gets old

Hello again, m:

Look. I've been there. However, the hoops the PO's make you jump through are a hell of a lot easier than the ones the cops in the joint make you jump through...

You should excuse me, though. I never thought being required to have a drivers license was much of a hoop.

I will excuse you it has just been a rough year and the year ahead is not going to be much better. So u have done fed time also. My husband did it and because of his own **** gets to go back and it is rough with three small children. Your right a driver license is not a hoop in my life its just doesn't fit in, but with my husband going back and three small children I guess I will have to make it fit.
