Help me please, I would like to block my email account. Because some one has hacked my account and changed my secret name, passwords and alternate email ID.

I'm not sure I could help you block it, but my email got hacked once and I got it back.
Here is what I did:
I emailed the Microsoft that takes care of all your emails. If you don't know how do find them, go to any email you got when you wanted to reset your password or something. Then send them a mail explaining your story. After 24 hours, they will send you and email asking you some questions to make sure that the email is really yours not some one else's.
I'm sure you'll get it back ;)

You need to contact the company you were using for e-mail. If you do not have any e-mails from them (and its not always Microsoft) as your first reply described, then try using the Help link on their site. You may have to go through several layers to get to a point where you can contact them.
