My breast have been sore for the past 3 weeks, I don’t think I’am pregnant due that I had a tubal done 10 years ago… my tubes got cut and burned so can somebody tell me what is the cause of the breast soreness…

Well from a personal standpoint it could be a result of a upcoming period.. every woman is different... but mine tend to be sore right before I get mine... outside of that I'm not sure... you said you don't think your pregnant but if your worried about it you can't always take an HPT

Breast soreness is often associated with hormonal changes, this includes pregancy but can be for other reasons.

Cyclical breast pain that occurs sometime before each period is common.

Are you old enough that the menopause could be approaching? This can bring on breast tenderness. And of course the menopause sometimes comes early.
Have you noticed any other changes which could suggest a hormone imbalance or signs of menopause? Might be worth getting a check up just in case.

Non-cyclical breast pain is more common in women over 40, but can happen at any age, and often no cause can be found.

I had a friend who suffered from it for years and found evening primrose oil helped to reduce it.

Finally, have you had your bra size checked recently? Our bodies sometimes change without us realising it and poorly fitting bras don't help.
