I can't even remember what it was about but it was a short (like maybe a4 part ova or movie possibly) that aired a few times on the Starz/Encore network several years ago.

I remember a girl in a green fedora hat (in a robin hood-type outfit) with red(?) hair had to defeat some monster/demon at one point

Also there was a great female fighter who was called the "94th seville." The number is just a guess and I don't think they were called "sevilles," it just sounded like it

Sorry I can't recall much more than that other than I think there were a couple magicians in it as well.
