I will doing a thesis about 'Using fibre nylon as admixture in concrete to add strength'... my lecturer say I can do this but must create problem statement, research aim, research objective, outline and method, scope and limitation, literature review... can anyone suggest the best way to produce a proposal for this topic...

Look for concrete customers, contractors who are in the processes of making a pour, or just finished anyway. You might have to actually work for the information so dress for hard labor and messy cloths.
Concrete companies(the makers)probably won't allow you to ride alongside the drivers so looking for an actual concrete contractor might be the best solution.
Who could describe the steps and criteria better then the end user?
Have your questions ready(in your mind,as you will most likely be involved in the labor for this and not have a notebook sitting nearby, at least with-in hands reach, only he foreman gets to do that:p
This is the 'best way' I can offer to you.

Sounds good to me ! Good idea to talk with older contractors/engineers who were around before fiber was available... they can tell you the real advantages of the fiber. I use fiber (it's great) but I also continue to use wire mesh &/or rebar... Some folks say I'm crazy, but I sure sleep better doing so. Sure cheaper than having to break out and do over !
